Very dynamic evolution towards information society in a global scale, as well as IST (Information Society Technologies) priorities in the context of the Lisbon strategy deployment by EU, points out that widely crafted investments in the field of information technologies knowledge sharing, especially on the plane of teaching of young people - are the best route for social and economic growth.

In this context actions and initiatives are planned to evolve the training courses into a more organized form of an Information Technologies University (IT University) with cooperation from the side of academic environments.
